A: Regular office hours are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday. Services may be available by appointment beyond Business

Q: How long will it take to hear from ARKS Concierge once I’ve submitted a request for services?
A: You will receive a response within 24 hours. If you require immediate assistance please submit the questionnaire and then call (480) 221-6087.
 
Q: How far in advance do I need to make a request for Personal/Individual Services?
A: All Personal/Individual Concierge services require a minimum of a
24-hour notification prior to the rendering of services. If your request is of an urgent nature, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your need.   
 
Q: What if I need a service that is not listed?
A: ARKS Concierge will be happy to discuss additional services that you may need. Note the unlisted service you are requesting in the "Other Request/Comment" box or feel free to contact us via phone or e-mail.
 
Q: What is the cost for services?
A: Time-saving solutions and services are designed to ensure your individualized needs are met at competitive rates. ARKS Concierge will provide a written proposal or engagement agreement designed specifically for you that details all costs to be included in your service request. Please read all stipulations noted in the written document. 
 
Q: How do I know ARKS Concierge is trustworthy?
